I was really impressed with the customer service I had earlier today looking for a tens pad. My unit couldn’t find the right one but the associate that helped me when above beyond to find me a similar unit that worked and I really appreciate that you don’t see that nowadays.

I don't ever find great customer service anymore...or so I thought. Kaitlin and her team at the Meridian Rd/Overland location are distinguished! I constantly have to thank them for going above and beyond. It is so very appreciated!
