Walmart Supercenter has a skilled bakery that offers custom cakes, such as a 6” round custom cake, with options for frosting, balloons, and lettering. The staff provides excellent customer support, as seen in the actions of a team member who helped a Spanish-speaking couple and demonstrated 10/10 customer support skills under pressure. However, some customers are dissatisfied with self-checkout options.
They did such a great job on my 6” round custom cake! Ordered online with frosting balloons and lettering and it came out so well! Could not be happier.
