Went in to open a checking account and they told me it would take longer than an hour so to either do it myself via the app or come back another day. Felt like terrible customer service
It’s insane how often their ATM is broken. I go 15 minutes out of my way to deposit a check and surprise, the ATM doesn’t work. Among the many other ridiculous problems with Wells Fargo in general, this is another reason NOT to bank with them.
Extremely SLOW SERVICE. Nobody on the teller line knows how to do ANYTHING. There's always an issue. Liliya is ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I will be reporting her. Since when is it okay to argue with the customer while you have at least 10 people still waiting to be helped.
