“Chelsea always went above and beyond, no matter the situation. She was ALWAYS cheerful, helpful and cordial. I had several constraints at the time I rented a unit there. Chelsea always managed to mitigate any potential stress I was having from a financial/payment standpoint and worked diligently with me to provide options and support. I rarely come across the level of customer service that Chelsea provides anymore and when I did experience quality service in the past, it would rarely repeat 24/7 quite like the way she has always provided. “We actually got a storage unit through auction. It was one of those days if something could go wrong it was going to. I called the storage unit place twice to ask for help that wasn't even necessarily their responsibility. The lady her name was Candice was incredible like to the point where there is really no words to describe her level of kindness and all the help that she gave. She actually had me come over to the storage helped me navigate and figure everything out got my problem solved she made a situation that started off very stressful something that was actually enjoyable. She was kind she knew her job very well and went above and beyond her job description. Multiple people coming in she multitasked like a superstar. We absolutely loved dealing with her and I would keep getting units from that storage place just to know she was going to be on the other end”

“I’ve had them since March 2025. This company is professional and quick to help you. I do know that it’s FCFS on the units. I was able to switch to a 10x20 from a 5x10 which was 4x the space I had. Quick and luckily it was available. Their staff were very professional and friendly. I’ll do business with this company anytime and will continue to do so.
