“I highly recommend them. They have multiple different sizes and I ended up using three different sizes and all of them have been so clean and easy access very secure and safe for even a retired old lady like myself to go into anytime, night and day and I always felt very safe. The family that owns Karcher Storage is amazing. The location is also easy access driving to and from. Thank you! Sincerely, Kay Rehm”

“At first coming here was okay. I never got to officially meet the on site manager when I first got the unit(I had used the online method). But finally after getting to meet her, Shelly she was so easy to talk to. She has such a wonderful personality and is super funny. I love storing my stuff here because its affordable and 24hr accessible. However I did notice that when I tried an 1hr ago to get in, my code wasnt working. My account is paid and up to date so I dont get it? Right as i was leaving I noticed a name change? Its no longer Store local its storage star? So if I never got any email with my new code;; what am I supposed to do now?”

“I've been at brown bear since 2019. This place has always been a bit questionable, but a decent rate, so I've continued business with them. After Curtis (recent management) left the facility took a turn for the worse. Not sure if they got new owners or not, but definitely new management. So I'd like to give a big shout out to Harley (new management). She has been so dang helpful. Very nice, and responsive. She has completely turned this place around. I am so very thankful she manages this place now. Keep up the good work and thank you very much Harley. You rock!”
