“We broke down on the side of the road at a gas station in Blackfoot. These guys came out to help us with our 1984 van. They were amazing. Got us back on the road in no time, we’re so kind, and so generous. You won’t go wrong calling these guys.”

I had a vehicle issue, so I thought, while traveling, I called Lee's Service & Exhaust early morning, they said they would take a look at it After their inspection there was not an issue with my vehicle. I ask how much I owed, they no charge because he did not have to fix anything. If you are looking for a mechanic give them a try.”

“I was recommended to go here and I was very pleased with the service! I have typically done my own oil changes and then unfortunately took it somewhere for one, which was a disaster experience. It was really refreshing to have the guys here take me in so quickly and have the high mileage, full synthetic oil I wanted. They also were kind enough to replace my differential plug that another place had stripped. They also greased up everything, which hadn't been done in a long time, so it was great they were knowledgeable and let me know about that. Jeff is really efficient and courteous, and I would go here again!”

Helped me put together a parts list and executed the install flawlessly all for a very reasonable price. I honestly feel they went above and beyond to make my experience a great one and from what I hear that's a common practice. “My niece was passing through on Sunday. Her vehicle was giving her problems. I live in New Mexico which puts me too far away to have helped her in person so I called a bunch of auto repair shops in Blackfoot to try to get her some help. Jake was the one who answered. Even though it was his day off he helped her. She got on her way and made it to her destination. He was so kind. He even reached out to me to see if she made it to her destination ok. Couldn’t have been more kind. God bless him. Thank you.”
“Stopped in for an oil change last week. Service was very friendly. I was honestly surprised at how quickly they were done. I hardly had enough time to sit long enough to get comfortable, and my car was ready. They have a cooler of free drinks in the waiting room, which was a nice touch. They finished my oil change faster than what it would have taken me to drink a can of soda. They offered to vacuum my car, and they washed all the windows, inside and out (done well, not with a week-old greasy rag like some places). Very impressed. Price wasn't unreasonable, either, and I didn't feel pressured into any unnecessary upgrades like often happens at other places. I'd definitely go here again.”
“I called them to do a prepurchase inspection. Terry was very professional and polite. He scheduled me immediately in the afternoon, he was very accommodating. Unfortunately the car was not delivered and he waited for an hour. He called to let me know and he was very polite and calm. Needless to say I cancelled with the dealership because they were rude and unprofessional. I called Terry back to let him know about what happened and he was very professional and calm and I apologized for his time that was wasted because of the unprofessionalism of the dealership. He was kind and polite. Highly recommend this business and Terry!:)”

“I got new tires put on at a different shop over the summer, and ever since then my car had this awful rocking/unstable feeling while driving. It was honestly scary at times, especially at higher speeds. I took it to multiple places trying to figure it out, and no one could give me a real answer or fix the problem.
I finally brought it into Rockford Service Center, and they were the only ones who actually figured out what was going on. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue and fix it the right way.
Now my car drives perfectly—smooth, stable, and back to how it should feel. Such a huge relief.
If you’re dealing with something no one else can seem to figure out, this is the place to go. They clearly know what they’re doing and actually care about getting it right.”

“Robert and team are amazing. My family and I had some transmission trouble passing through town. This was late on a Friday, the day before the fourth of July holiday.
We spent hours calling dozens of shops in the Pocatello and Blackfoot area - couldn't find anyone that would get us in.
Robert offered to help us out. Had his team get right on my truck. They took care of everything. Educated me on the problem. And sent me back on the road. They stayed a little late into their holiday weekend just to help out.
Great small town service. Really grateful for these guys - they're good people.

“I was supposed to be in Blackfoot for a two hour appointment. I was driving up from American Falls. All of a sudden, I lost steering on the freeway. I managed to get off the freeway. I called Murray's, and they helped me navigate getting a tow truck and getting my truck to them. My truck was a mess with power steering liquid all over. NICK AND MIKE WERE AMAZING! They took charge so well. I don't make decisions about our vehicles because that is my husband's area he is away for a few months. They were less than half the price of their competitors. In addition, they helped me with the fuzes for the A/C and the radio. In addition, when they were done, they gave me a ride back to the hotelI would never take my truck anywhere else it is worth the drive, especially if you are a woman who doesn't know much about her vehicle.they are the most honest and trustworthy people out there**There is also something I need to address about some of the reviews which happened to be negative. I know this much Mike would never do anything dishonest and to those extremely few people who said bad things about Mike or his work ethic You are absolutely wrong.he would never do the things that the reviewers said. It's hurtful and disgusting although the platform will not let me address the people personally their names are Kaylee Johnson. This woman clearly has huge issues surrounding her financial situation. You Kaylee are responsible for the repairs and upkeep of your vehicle. It is not anyones fault or responsibility but yours. Mike didn't force you to buy a car that needed a substantial amount of work. You only have yourself to blame.it is unbelievable that you claim that mike "yelled at you" shame on you girl.Next is a woman who goes only by the name honey badger(this woman had reviewed 13 places and literally gave every one of those a single star saying just off the wall things) there was another man called Mike cammeon. No one literally no one would do that Mike from Murray's auto repair would not have done that for so many reasons. I have a masters degree in forensic psychology and it's my opinion that you may be suffering from some kind of psychiatric issue”
“Went to Danny when car started misfiring on our way to Montana. He was honest and didn’t charge us because he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. (Unlike most mechanics who will charge you for even the slightest thing that could maybe be wrong) He cleaned off some sensors for us and the car hasn’t had a problem since. Thank you Danny! :)”

“Had a blowout on our travel trailer just off the freeway near Blackfoot. We got the spare on and then stopped in to Les Schwab. Logan helped us get the blown tire replaced and looked out for us by checking the other tire on that side. He replaced both quickly and had us back on our way. Great customer service!”
