“Recently needed an alternator replaced. Palouse Country Auto Care was very responsive when other places were not so much. They installed a quality alternator and I thanked them for changing the belt that drives the alternator too, since that may have contributed to the failure of the replaced alternator. Cost was reasonable and communication and keeping their word were greatly appreciated!”
“I visited Meineke for an inspection and second opinion. Dustin listened to my concerns and checked on each of the previously diagnosed “issues.” Turns out my car was perfectly fine, and only needs one thing fixed within the next couple of months, which I was quoted fairly for. Dustin also opened the hood and showed me what he had inspected and how the parts worked. Meineke was timely, thorough, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!”
