“Both my husband and I have visited this storefront multiple times as we have transitioned from Cricket (BOOOO!!) to T-Mobile. All three staff members we have worked with -- Chloe, Michael, and Kaitlynn -- have been remarkably patient, helpful, empathetic, and kind during our phone carrier transition and during each visit to their storefront. They did not hesitate to help us problem solve our screen protector issues, reach out to T-Mobile support on our behalf for tech support, and remembered us and our problems during each visit, demonstrating refreshingly excellent customer support during a notoriously difficult process.They have been wonderful to work with and made switching phone carriers a much smoother, less-daunting, and delightful process with their service and tech support. We are very lucky and grateful, as should T-Mobile be, to have Chloe, Michael, and Kaitlynn supporting the T-Mobile customers in Moscow. Thank you again so much for your help! ?”

“I have always love Target but I find myself going back even more now that they have a Starbucks! My favorite barista is April. She is always so friendly and such a good worker! If you get a chance, please visit!I also run into so many great workers including JJ and Alex. They are always there to help and know there stuff. 10/10 staff”
