“I hope I don't get a fake response from AT&T because their employees deserve to truly get recognition for how great they are. Ab, the store manager, was incredible. I've been putting off getting a new phone because the thought of dealing with AT&T was too much. This poor guy was by himself all day Sunday, and every time we stopped in there was a huge line. He was totally calm, kind and personable with each person. Unheard of!Fast forward to me and my husband's place in line and this guy goes ABOVE AND BEYOND helping us choose new phones, setting them up, being super patient and I found myself laughing and... enjoying the process of a new phone at AT&T on a... SUNDAY??? That's right! I never thought I'd say that, let alone take the time to write a review.I hope Ab is recognized for his awesome service.Also, AT&T, you can't schedule a visit to our local store- you can only schedule as close as Spokane.Thanks, Ab. All three staff members we have worked with -- Chloe, Michael, and Kaitlynn -- have been remarkably patient, helpful, empathetic, and kind during our phone carrier transition and during each visit to their storefront. They did not hesitate to help us problem solve our screen protector issues, reach out to T-Mobile support on our behalf for tech support, and remembered us and our problems during each visit, demonstrating refreshingly excellent customer support during a notoriously difficult process.They have been wonderful to work with and made switching phone carriers a much smoother, less-daunting, and delightful process with their service and tech support. We are very lucky and grateful, as should T-Mobile be, to have Chloe, Michael, and Kaitlynn supporting the T-Mobile customers in Moscow. Thank you again so much for your help! ?”
