“Only complaint (almost a running gag) is we can never get here when the jacuzzi bubbles are working. Great breakfast and staff always very nice and attentive.Rooms: Big enough with refer and microwave... It seems that all hotels don't really clean the coffee makers interior. I keep forgetting to mention it too. Everything I've asked about has always been addressed quickly.Safety: Exterior doors secured generally but side doors open during day. Parking seems OK and never noticed anything to concern me.Food & drinks: Restaurant always pretty good and free breakfast always great. Drink coupons for the bar. Free cookies in the evening lots of coffee.”

“The worst hotel experience of my life. The room was filthy, crackheads pacing around the parking lot in the shadows as I was trying to walk my dog. Very sketchy and dirty facility. My room was so disgusting I checked out 5 minutes after checking in. I slept in my minivan in a campground. But the hotel still charged me almost $400 for 4 nights that I never stayed. Management never calls back. Staff members Michael, Isabelle, Brian and Wayne are polite at first, but never give a straight answer or return my calls - just keep giving me the runaround. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Crooks. Low-class establishment. Do not recommend!Rooms: Dirty floors. Drink rings on every surface. Hairs in toilet and sink. Smelled of urine and smoke.Nearby activities: Drug sales in the parking lot.Safety: Men in the shadows making comments as I walked my dog in the parking lot. Didn't feel safe at all. Man in lobby trying to give me dirty socks as I checked in was obviously out of his mind and the staff laughed about it when I commented about the unsafe vibes I was getting.Noteworthy details: When you ask to speak to a manager they refuse and won't even give the number for corporate. Most disappointing customer service experience I've ever had.”

“The general manager, Lynda and night manager, Brian, were fantastic. The room was fine but it was the best value we've found on our 12 day business trip beginning in Colorado, through Utah, Idaho and back through Montana and eastern Idaho. Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful with everything we needed including referrals and directions for our next stop in Coeur d'Alene.”
