“The staff and the service at the hotel were beyond great. I'm not sure they could have been any better. They were incredibly accommodating to all of us. But, we lost our basketball game to WSU, lost our football coach to UW, it was below freezing our entire stay, our plane had mechanical issues, our bus broke down on the way to get to our new plane and we had way too many Huckleberry Cougaritas at the Coug. As great as the service and staff were, I would recommend not spending time in Pullman. Of course, if you do have to make the trek to Pullman, this hotel is the place to stay.”

“The rooms are nice size, and our room had a great view. The staff we interacted with were always very helpful. Having breakfast ready for us in the mornings was nice, too. The bed was a bit too firm for me, personally, but otherwise the room was great. However there was a smell, like burnt baby powder, (I’m guessing it was the cleaning supplies?) that gave me a headache. But we weren’t in the room much anyway as we were there visiting family.”

“The rooms are extremely clean and very nice. This was my second stay here, and I'll keep staying here on my visits to Pullman. It's really close to everything, and the staff is super friendly.The only weird thing about the room is the showers. They aren't fully enclosed, so it does get a little breezy when you're showering.The rooms have a very modern feel to them.They also have a pool and a hot tub.The breakfast is really good too. They have several options, like most continental breakfasts. They have a waffle maker, juices, yogurt, milk, and several hot food options.”
