“Best customer service i have EVER received from Verizon. My phone was 6years old and when I went in to get a fix for my phone Natalie informed me I was eligible for an upgrade. She explained the process and gave me multiple quotes to find what would be best for me. She was super helpful, knowledgeable about the process and just kind. I brought my 18 month old in and she was nice enough when I was reading over my contract she played with him (didn't ask she just did it) I have never left a Verizon store feeling comfortable and confident in the decision I chose. Thank you Natalie for all your help and I would recommend asking for her personally she is just awesome.”
