My sons are ages 8 and 9 and they have LOVED this class. The instruction is excellent. As brothers they "spar" all the time at home and this class has taught them new techniques and restraint. Beginner students are integrated with more advanced students of the same age range and they all get a great workout.

Great teachers and clean, nice facilities. My family has enjoyed the kid’s fitness and BJJ classes and the adult BJJ and MMA classes. Teachers are excellent at coaching, full of fun energy, and are concerned about the safety of everyone. Classes are the highlights of our week!
