Staff is very professional and nice. However, I am mad because of Verizon. It took more than hour literally to change the provider from visible to Verizon. It was a big mistake. Signal is weak. I compared to AT&T while I and my friend were going to Salt Lake. His signal is good most of the time and mine rested in peace. They charged me two months when I transferred the provider snd next month they said you should call the customer service as they did not count it!!When I try to create account to make an international call, they need 4 pin digits but they send 6 pin digits. Try to solve it, if you can.

They were very helpful and exceptionally patient with me while I worked through some technical things with my account. His warm and helpful attitude was very appreciated.*update 3 weeks later: I’d said I only wanted to upgrade my plan if I could do so without increasing my monthly bill by more than $10 or $20. They said no problem. MY BILL WENT UP BY $100! And it was too old of a plan to go back to. Thanks a lot! Changing 5 stars to 2.

Great experience. All questions answered. Left the store with all our new gear functioning perfectly and the rep that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Cellphone stores can be daunting. Getting a new phone can be a process, time consuming, and expensive. This store and the employees are wonderful and make everything less intimidating. No pressure sales!

Its verizon, much like with anything a higher review means a worse service or product but unlike most I will tell you the truth. The bottom line is no one around the Palouse County will provide very decent service. Anywhere outside of town will drop calls and lose service intermittently no matter which provider you have so what it comes down to is price and service and verizon is about as bad as it gets. You will not receive any customer service at all to be frank and they will charge you hidden fees for services they don't even provide. I was with them for less than a month before the terrible customer service turned me off and i switched to an online provider called mint. The cell service at mint was actually slightly better in town but again, out of town its no use still. But the customer service blew verizon out of the water, best part is its 15 dollars a month as opposed to 90. Furthermore, even though i was with verizon for less than a month and already had my own phone, they just gave me a sim card, I ended up with a 644 dollar bill for a myriad of different things most of which consisting of "service charges" which means what exactly? Well i called to ask them and go figure they didn't even know. They can keep that in collections because until i know what exactly it is they did for me I am sure as hell not paying. The illusion that they are professionals convinces people somehow but it is nothing more than a scam.

I had a very good experience working with Mike. He showed me the best values that I could get and worked with me to make everything was on correctly so I don’t have to worry about it. I would send anybody to work with him that needs a new iPhone.

I felt so well taken care of by Jadie. She was extremely knowledgeable and created an excellent environment of ease to troubleshoot my personal situation. The way she addressed those waiting during the downtime of our interaction showed such a very caring compassionate nature. I appreciate her time and knowledge.

Jadie was very helpful with my phone upgrade. She had multiple other customers to deal with but kept checking in, speeding the process along, and generally being pleasant. I'm glad I went to the store to speak to a human instead of trying to do all this via the Verizon app.

Honestly never enjoyed buying a new phone this much. Normally going through the upgrade process is a tedious chore every few years, but the staff here made it enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
