“I called Tech Auto to do some minor work reattaching my front fender. They gave me a quick estimate and scheduled an appointment to have the work done quickly. When I went to pay I was told that there was no charge for the work done, in addition, they fixed a squeak in my door that I never told them about as it wasn't something that bothered me much. Tech Auto Body went far above what was required and was incredibly professional in doing so. I highly recommend.”

“My car had a pretty big boo boo unfortunately ?, and was brought to MHAuto Ranch Collision. Dwight was awesome!! He was thorough in communication and especially the boo boo. You would never know anything had happened. Dwight is definitely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, but mostly so kind a d considerate. 100% would go back there again. ( but hopefully I won't have to ?)”
“Murphy's Law says that auto problems should happen at the worst time and place. Indeed, I started having battery problems on my Autozone Duralast Gold battery on Easter weekend in northern Nevada.
The first Autozone store tested the battery, but got inconsistent results, so they wouldn't give me a free replacement, despite 3 competitors saying the battery was bad.
Then I went to this Autozone store in Mountain Home, ID. Patrick tested the battery, and got the same result as the other testers, so I got a free replacement.
He was polite and efficient, despite being very busy. He made me a fan of this Autozone store.”
“We got a flat somewhere between Boise and Atlanta and didn’t realize until we were on our way back home from camping. Air was leaking and we were afraid we’d blow the tire before getting back to Boise! Thankfully, the Mountain Home Walmart Auto Care Center was open and the staff there were so willing to help quickly and efficiently. This was beyond helpful, considering we were traveling with 2 dogs and a 11 week old baby. My husband was able to hang outside in the shade and also in the indoors waiting area with the dogs while I fed the baby and got us some lunch in Walmart. We were back on the road in no time with a tire that was as good as new. Shout out to *Preston* for his excellent care of our car and our family!”
