The United States Postal Service has wonderful people and great service. The staff is friendly and helpful, handling issues right away. They work through long lines quickly and provide good customer service. The staff is patient and helpful, even with small children and boxes to ship. They are always happy to help and provide assistance in any way. The office has never had long wait times and the staff is awesome.

This place needs some attention. I went in because every month. I lose 2 packages, they misdirect them and send them somewhere else. Most of the time, it's live insects to feed my tree frogs. So each box that I lose is worth thirty dollars, and it's continuing occurrence.

Heather the manager was able to assist me in solving a delivery issue! She was friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. Every time I need to go in to that office the staff is friendly and helpful!
