“I have been a resident at Aspen Creek for over 2 years. The location is a commuter’s paradise. 1.4 miles from I-84. There are many business and resteraunts within walking distance.
The apartments themselves are modern , clean, quiet and safe.
Having a weight room, clubhouse and a playground are great amenities.
This is a small complex off from busy roads and traffic.. It is a safe place to raise a family.
The staff is on call 24 hours for emergencies and they are great people to work with.
I highly recommend Aspen Creek Apartments.”
“We lived here for 3 years, I actually miss everything about this place. Their staff was always amazing, anytime we had maintenance problems they came right away to fix it, my kids loved their pool, playhouse, and park. If we ever end up having to go back to an apartment this would definitely be the spot.”

“Looking at a new home and went to the property for a tour. The Leasing consultant and Manager were both very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The apartments are spacious and have a really great floor plan. They have a nice pool and the club house is spacious and they told me I can rent it out for occasions. I think this would be a nice place for get together. They also have free WiFi in the club house and a nice quiet office space. I will take advantage of this if we move in and the gym. I again appreciated the staff being so welcoming and look forward to becoming a resident in the future or passing the info on to my good buddy.”
“Been living here 6 years now and feel so at home. long term management and maintenance is key. clean community and nice neighbors. I feel safe letting my kids play outside and know they are in a good community :)”

Our apartment (3rd floor) has all newer appliances that are very nice. The kitchen has more storage than we know what to do with!
The property is clean and the amenities are great. They even have little doggy bags and trash bins everywhere so it is easy for people to dispose of their dog's waste- no messes in the grass!”
“I've been there for about 5 years now and the first year and a half or 2 years where about weird and questionable. But we have a new landlady, her name is Thelma Alvarez and she cool plus the maintenance is pretty fast to fix what ever it is tat needs to fixed.”
