I have been here going on 2 years now. My son and I absolutely love it. The rec room is amazing. I wish the pool was open past 10, other than that, this place has been great. They are prompt when asking for things to be Fixed. Cassandra is always available to help.

Orchard Place is a great place to live. Cassandra is super helpful anytime I reach out with issues. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and my daughter loves the community pond and playground. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
