The gentlemen who helped me were super friendly and knowledgeable — they got to me right away and made the whole process quick and easy. They helped me find a reasonably priced battery that will get my new car through the winter and even took the time to look up the right windshield wipers.
I really appreciated their honest advice — they told me to hold off on buying the wipers until I confirmed the latch type, which showed they cared more about helping me make the right choice than just making a sale. That kind of customer service is rare these days!

I have always had great experiences with the employees at this O'Reilly's, the 3rd street location is always been the first place I go, they just seem to have the right people working there, that really will try their best to help, but I was just exceptionally thankful for Dominic's help that night!
