“These guys were great! I called twice and no answer. I decide to show up anyways, and they're not busy. Husband walks in, and within 5 seconds him and one of the techs are out testing my battery. The installer walks out and we're told installati9n starts at $25. My battery is a little more complicated to replace than just removing the cables and battery so I assumed we would pay more for install. I told them what battery I wanted that I found online. They were happy to oblige. Installer began doing his work. We went inside and the guy at the cou terminal was returning all the missed calls from when they were busy earlier in the morning. They said our name, and we said that was us, no need to call. They were actually returning the calls they missed. I've never heard of a business doing that unless you leave a voicemail, which I didn't. Install was quick. Installer rang us up and he only charge me the $25 for installation and matched the pricing I found online. This is some of the best service I've ever received. Hands down, I'm coming back with an and all my battery needs.”

“William was extremely helpful. He was able to figure out what was wrong with my car! I was worried it was something expensive and labor intensive and it was just the serpentine belt! Thank you for saving me over $400 by telling me it was a simple enough fix that didn't require 2+ hours of billed mechanic time. You are a lifesaver!!”

“I had a unique vacume hose connector. She went to exceptional lengths to find it on the computer and they had it in stock. The best service that I ever had at a parts store.”

“I had the best experience at this location yesterday. After my windshield wipers broke off at the car wash, I called O’Reillys and they were so nice on the phone. They checked stock and made sure they had them for my car. Once I arrived, I met Anthony and he was so nice. He put the new wipers on my car, had me check to make sure that they were working right and all in all a great experience. Customer service is so important to me and let me tell you, I just feel that he went above and beyond. Thanks again Anthony, for making my day better. 😊”

“I like how O'Reilly Auto parts has a free test to check your engine light. This helped me tremendously too figure out what's going on with my car. I now can bring it to a mechanic with greater understanding. This is a service they don't have to do but they do. This will keep me going back again and again as I see their commitment to their customers”
