Best Buy is a great place to get electronics with a great selection of available tech across all aspects of living, including a surprising health and wellness section. The store is very large with massive inventory and is clean and easy to navigate. However, the store is also organized strangely with items randomly scattered about, making it difficult to find anything without wandering around for hours. Customer service experiences vary greatly. Staff can be super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, providing great customer service. Other times, customer service was lacking, with staff too busy on their phones or chatting amongst themselves instead of helping. Attempting to call the store is a hassle due to an automated system, making it better to just go into the store. Despite high prices and some inconsistencies, the company has turned around for some recent customers.
The Verizon specialist Jon helped us out on our new lines and I am happy to have had a great experience here. Will recommend to family and friends!
