“Update: When a company does what they can to make things right I will give them a chance. Vanessa called last night and worked with me on what was a bigger issue than I knew of. I appreciate her willingness to listen and come up with a plan that got us both taken care of.
If I could make this a zero I absolutely would. Unfortunately I’ve now had two not great experiences in this store with the same staff member. After asking to be sure the phone was set up and everything was working, I was told just to call 611. The staff then walked away despite us still trying to set up the phone. I understand if you get frustrated but we also spent money. It would be nice to know the product is working. Not to mention now I owe more despite paying everything in store. And when I called to see where my receipt is the employee proceeded to start arguing over the phone. I am not one to typically complain, but this service was terrible.”
“I went in today to get my stolen phone replaced, delt with 2 guys who were so uninterested in helping they wouldn't even turn from facing eachother but at least answered questions which I still felt was rude that they were so clearly uninterested in helping, then when another worker was done helping a employye and came st8 to me super happy to help, his name was Ray,he was too cool, too helpull and best communication skills ive seen in a long time. Ray, your going places💯”

“Braxton, this guy right here. 10 out of 10!My wife and I have been using T Mobile for over 20 years. In and out of stores upgrading phone, adding kids to plans, updating plans to stay with the best service, adding home internet, adding watches.. seriously I've been through it all it feels like. Never had an experience like I did today. I feel like Braxton went above and beyond his general customer service capabilities and showed a side hospitality that seems rare in this day and age. He made my life so much easier. Thank you Good Sir! T-Mobile give this guy a raise and more hours. Top notch employee.”

“Always had good service. Have used the Geek Squad for all our computer problems with good results. Bought a LG washer/dryer from them last year. They delivered on time. Will see how the Geek Squad does with diagnostics on the dryer half of the unit. Wish I had bought the GE instead.”
