“Why would you buy at a big box store, when you could pay the same price (or less) but with WAY better customer service and at the same time support local business?Jackie was very knowledgeable, super helpful, and was able to get our washer and dryer delivered and set up for us just 2 days after purchase! The delivery guys (3 of them!) were at my house on time and set everything up quickly so that I could get to work on time.Nampa Appliance has made a repeat customer out of me. “Took my daughter First to AT&T to upgrade to an iPhone 17 pro max she was on her Grandma's plan and wanted to be on her own. They did not greet us or say I'll be with you in a few, nothing. They told her she couldn't without her Grandma there who is out of town. A little birdie told us to go elsewhere so we went to T mobile. The store was clean, bright they greeted us right away. Very helpful and my daughter got her new phone. Tmobile has many perks for discounts.”
“I have had one of the truest worst days of my life today.. and then I walked in the store! This charming gentleman Issac literally solved everything and upgraded me to the nicest phone I've ever had, and his smile made me smile for the first time in so long.. “Always had good service. Have used the Geek Squad for all our computer problems with good results. Bought a LG washer/dryer from them last year. They delivered on time. Will see how the Geek Squad does with diagnostics on the dryer half of the unit. Wish I had bought the GE instead.”
