This is not really for this particular Best Buy, but it is for Best Buy in general. Someone hacked my ebay account and it was quite a lump sum for a gaming laptop. And I tried to cancel the order before it shipped. It hadn't shipped yet, but they refused to cancel the order, even though they COULD HAVE stopped it from shipping, their response was, because eBay already paid them, they couldn't cancel it. I smell a lot of bull crap, I think they are just incredibly lazy. If I could give negative stars I would. They have always been overpriced and I would never recommend them to anyone for anything.

The staff is great. Every time I come in for device repair they are honest on if it’s worth the cost they charge for it to be fixed or if I should go to a third party.

Many employees..yet don't assist customers as they should.. I work for a service that is time sensitive, when employees stand around socializing..it is very annoying.

Viking tattoo guy (Justin?) might be the smartest computer guy alive. Two of my laptops blew up, and he directed me to the perfect solution. (On a side note, if you're looking for some new ink, his sister is an amazing tattoo artist!!)

I needed an iPad. Showed him what I wanted. He got it for me. I was in and out in 10 minutes no high-pressure it was wonderful. They were helpful and very kind.

The geek squad great, service is even good. We bought a fridge. It was an open box special. They sold us a lemon. They couldn't fix it and because it was open box special they couldn't replace it or help get us a new one in the price range that we spent. They don't take care of the customers if it's an open box item. So do not purchase open Box items you will be footing the bill if anything goes wrong or just have to replace it all together. I understand that they have their rules they have to follow but you should know not to purchase open box products from best buy

One of my all time favorite electronics stores to go to.And if they don't have it in the store, they will find it online and order it for you. You can pick it up at the stor very helpful people amazing stor electronics. I recommend this store to anybody and everybody who likes electronics top of the line electronics.

I don't like the way they treat people online. You can't call the store so tour stuck with someone that don't know anything.I enjoy the informative staff at the store but the long wait lines sorry but I'm looking at other ways to get my tech Best buy is going in the wrong direction
