Fantastic service! Bought refrigerator didnt fit. They were so patient left us with it until the replacement comes. Also bought TV. Wonderful salespeople. Bought a 300 dollars motorolla modem 2 months ago just to have it fail and the refuse to even help at all. Sad to see best buy going downhill so bad lately
