“We couldn’t be more happy with our Karastan Delicate Dimension carpet or the excellent customer service we received over a 6 month period. We took *forever* to choose our flooring and Nariah was very patient! She visited our home to measure and give recommendations, saw us in store, wrote multiple quotes, and sent us home with samples 3 or 4 times. After quite a long while of pondering we were able to make a good decision.
The install crew did an amazing job and it has drastically improved our home. Our 6 year old asked us if she “weally” has to leave home when she grows up… because she “never wants to leave this carpet”!”
