New manager has got the worse customer service I have seen. I've been going to this location and boise one for the last 15years. Alex at the boise location took better care of my needs with wonderful customer service.

Horrible customer service, went in twice to get my ring fixed and they wouldn’t help me. They treated me with no respect and seemed like they didn’t want me in there. Wouldn’t recommend this store. The Boise location was amazing to work with.
