“Neil and his staff are A+ professionals. I moved here from the East Coast and was looking for a personal jeweler. He fixed a few pieces that needed replacement diamonds and adjusted a watch no one would touch. I am so pleased with their knowledge and more importantly, their service!! Thank you!”

“For our 10-year wedding anniversary, I had my ring upgraded at LaDon’s Jewelry, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, I felt seen, heard, and cared for. LaDon is truly a gem—her heart, expertise, and passion shine through in everything she does. She honored the history of my ring while elevating it beautifully. This piece now tells our story even more perfectly, and I couldn’t be more grateful.”

“Absolutely perfect service and results. they fixed my engagement ring after it had been destroyed by a big brand jewler. The picture with the lumpy medal was the before and then the smooth is the after. And very reasonably priced! Overall great experience!”

“5 stars from me. I brought in my Invicta watch, having troubles trying to pry the backplate off to replace the battery, the employee there was able to pop the backplate off in a few minutes and, best of all, I was quoted 10 dollars for a replace, but ended up not even spending a penny! The employee there was so nice, gave me a break on the replace cost and did it for free out of the kindness of her heart. God bless that soul. I didn't catch her name but she extremely respectful and nice. 10/10 ❤”
