“I took my 2023 Carnival Kia on 7/13 to get repaired. Was told estimate date is 7/29. Which was fine. The minute I walked through that door I was greeted with a smile. Very friendly To Kayla who looked at my Kia. Kayla updated me every step my Kia went through. I got it back 7/22. Looks great. When I picked up my Kia once again walked in with the same lady forgot her name. Friendly great customer service all the way. I will make sure I pass the word around to come back if you need an auto body shop.”

“Amazing and fast service! Very friendly staff also! My grandfather has been going here for years, but this time, it was my turn. Bass will be getting all my future business. I had my quote in 5 minutes and was out the door with weight off my shoulders. Left it there that same day (Tuesday), and got the call to come get it on Friday! Couldn't be happier. This was out of pocket damage for me and Bass Auto Body did not take advantage. Family businesses like this one are the best by far.

“Picked up a used heavy duty steering gear from them over a year ago for a very decent price. At the time I didn't know if the heavy duty gearbox would be compatible or even fit my model, neither did dealership parts & service managers, or any other auto shops I called, and everyone else made it clear all sales were final. But this place told me if it doesn't work out, bring it back they'd swap it for the standard duty type, so I was able to take that chance. Best steering gearbox I could have possibly picked up for my 23 year old off-road Suburban build!”

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Short time parking for one tractor trailer is available in front of the school.”

“So I had gotten into my first accident ever, I was very scared and nervous on how they were going to treat my car and I have to say this was an absolutely amazing experience, my ride had bailed on me to go pick up my car and I didn’t know what to do so I called them to say I won’t be able to make but but the receptionist April was so amazing!!!!! so amazing that she is having my car delivered to me on the same exact day, I can’t say how much I appreciate her for doing this for me and Kayla was also an amazing person through all of this!! Best experience ever!!! 5 stars to these people! Would 100% recommend these guys!”
