“Love coming here to get all of my supplies for our chickens, reptiles, and lawn. The staff is always incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help with any questions I have. They take the time to make sure I find exactly what I need, and the customer service is consistently excellent. I always leave happy and highly recommend shopping here!”
“Front end ladies are always so sweet and caring. I have been coming in more with my pup Havok and they always are treating us and everyone around with compassion and a helping hand. They always great us like they've known us for years and just make our shopping experience overall a joy. Amazing team!”
“They were sooo helpful! I don’t know anything about grass but the employee, I think Lindsay was her name, helped me get a plan and didn’t try to sell me everything in the store. Simple and informative!”
“Petco issued me a coupon for a food i refuse to feed my dog. Wild. I never bought it. So its something I can't use. Unfortunate. Hannah was immensely helpful and apologized for the situation. Hannah's customer service saved petco from a 1 star review. Thank you Hannah.”

“I love visiting Idaho Puppy Co. I often go to cheer myself up or to remind myself how small my fur baby once was. The staff is always super sweet and informative. You can tell they love their job, and care about all the puppies there. Malia was there my last visit and let us know that since we’ve added a fur family member through ID Pup Co that our next addition comes with a little discount. I don’t know who to choose because they are all so adorable!”
