You should be able to just go to the return desk. And yes I know that it is about the number of people in the store then make a different line or let us go in the pro line.”

“I really enjoyed working with McKellip Sod Farm for my residential needs (laying full backyard of 2400 sq ft). The price and service were excellent.
I first contacted them via e-mail a month or so before I ended up placing my order and I received a timely response with a quote. I followed up with another phone call to further discuss details the week of my order and placed the order on a Wednesday morning for delivery Friday morning (2 days later). The delivery driver arrived about one hour into the 3-hour delivery window and quickly and efficiently dropped my pallets closest to the gate. It was an uncharacteristically hot day (upper 90s), but the sod arrived in great shape. The first batch we were able to place down has taken really well and while the sod placed down 4-5 hours into the heat ended up going in pretty dry, it is recovering well under the watering recommendations they provided.
I would highly recommend McKellip Sod Farm to anyone in the Treasure Valley who needs to lay down sod!”
