You should be able to just go to the return desk. And yes I know that it is about the number of people in the store then make a different line or let us go in the pro line.”

He was very nice, knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed. Best service I've ever experienced at any Home Depot location. “I wish 100 stars was an option! This business epitomizes customer care, service, and satisfaction! For the past 2 years, I've had several services done on my home. Windows, roof, water, heater, and carpet. Not once was the job done right the first time, the product correct or worth even paying for. I've also had my stuff broken or damaged from 2 HOA cheap lawn services. I take care of my own lawn now and ultimately lead to how I luckily encountered these amazing folks. My lawn was a mess, and McKellip helped me in every way, making my lawn beautiful and way better than ever. Their sod is premium quality, the office ladies are remarkable, and 2 fellas I either spoke to or loaded my sod were great! I did this job myself on the hottest weekend of the summer... my luck, and know without a doubt would have failed had I not been well informed every step of the way. I swear I have costly PTSD. It's a damn shame you don't get what you pay for anymore, and superior or even adequate customer service is a rarity.THANK YOU TO THE MCKELLIP CREW!...For your excellence!!!!!!!!can't believe I'm so darn happy about this experience, especially since I felt near death after the final roll was laid!”
