“I’ve been using this UPS Store location in Nampa for a lot of our small business printing needs, and they’ve been fantastic. I’ve worked closely with Nathan on postcards, flyers, bound materials and more, and I keep coming back because the service is consistently excellent.
Nathan is incredibly communicative and detail oriented. We review everything together before I leave to make sure it’s exactly right, which I really appreciate. Orders are accurate, organized, and turned around quickly. He’s also proactive about suggesting ways to adjust layouts or printing options to save money or improve the final result, which has been super helpful.

“I just wanted to give some quick praise to the staff here at this post office. I had a scammer through ebay try to switch labels and not send the item which was over $800. The staff here helped with tracking information, and even wrote a letter stating that the package was not delivered to my house. In the end I received a full refund through ebay, because of the outstanding work and professionalism I encountered here. Thanks you guys!”

Decided to drive over to Mail Room because they were the closest Fed Ex spot. VERY helpful - packed up my item securely and had a box that fit perfectly. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone that needs to ship something.”
