“Had an issue with pressure in sub-zero weather conditions. They immediately made our situation a priority and had a service rep out first thing the next morning. Tony was amazing! Diagnosed the problem, did a simple fix and had us at full pressure once again and everything working better than new! Tony even followed up the next morning to make sure everything was still working the way it should. Great company, great service. Very thankful!”

“When renting a trailer you should specifically state that all of the trailer wiring is a 4 pin so people know in advance that they'll need an adapter. I had to purchase a $15 adapter plug because there are no 7 pin trailer harnesses on trailers there. Or offer an adapter as a small fee or charge a $15 fee that is reimbursed when the adapter is returned with the trailer. It seems like a pretty lame tactic of nickel and diming people who don't always carry a trailer harness adapter with them at all times.”

“I am writing to give testimony to the amazing service I received today from Valley Wide propane. It was early Sunday morning and I realized I had run out of propane. I was surprised by this because my tank gauge read 25% full. It turns out I had a faulty gauge. It's the middle of winter, 25 degrees out on a Sunday morning and I had no heat or hot water. I tried calling Valley Wide, but they were closed. I decided to write an email in the hopes that someone would see that I need help as early as possible on Monday. Within 30 minutes of sending the email I received a phone call from Tim, one of the managers at Valley Wide. He apologized for the faulty pressure gauge and said he would send a truck out within the hour to fill my tank. I was completely surprised to get a phone call on a Sunday, but so thankful. As promised, a driver (Jordan) showed up to fill my tank. Jordan attempted to fix the gauge and even came in a re-lit all of my appliance pilot lights to ensure they were working. They even waived the delivery fee due to the broken gauge. Both Tim and Jordan were professional, compassionate and friendly. I am so thankful to both of them and super appreciative that they would take time out of their Sunday to help me. I had recently left Suburban propane because I had an absolute AWFUL experience with their company. I am so thankful that I moved to Valley Wide. I will be purchasing all of my propane from them moving forward. Thank you Valley Wide!!Sincerely,Ryan WilhiteNew (and very happy) Customer”
