“Fabulous, from the easy in/out location to the outstanding service. We were able to grab the vehicle before they were even open, via the app. When we brought it back, our app wouldn’t work but they checked us right in with a smile. 100% recommend this location.”

“I've been to a couple Uhaul locations in the area. This location has by far been the friendliest, most helpful, and best customer service. At the other locations in the area, I felt like an annoyance. This location went above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
711 E Lincoln Ave, Nampa ID 83686
“I can’t remember his name, but the gentleman there was super nice, very informative and helpful. He made the experience easy with less stress. But make sure you go in with a plan. It’s easier to estimate your travel rather than guessing. Map out your mileages so you don’t go over. It’s better to be under.”
