Silicon Mountain is run like a Dickensian sweat shop. The employees deserve better treatment. Also, in my opinion, the human resources department treats people different based on skin color.

I worked at Silicon Mountain for years and still am shocked at how poorly they treat their employees. If you want to be more than just a "body", find employment elsewhere.

I have worked for Silicon Mountain for over 17 years! I am extremely grateful to call SMCS my second home. They go above and beyond for their employees! I enjoy the atmosphere, employees, and working closely with HR. I look forward to the next couple decades here "on the mountain"!
