Bad experience. I walked in the door looking to get my phone upgraded. Customer of 17 years and know one asked me for help and some else just walks in and get helped before me. So I walked out and took my money elsewhere!!

Jen helped me upgrade into something I loved. She made sure the process was fast and done correctly. She even followed up to make sure I had no issues with my restore the day after. 10/10 recommend this location. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
