“I just had my first experience with this clinic and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much Tara and Shannon for quick and helpful messaging as well as Dr. Toenges for doing the TCI breeding and accommodating my schedule. I will absolutely be returning in the future.”

“I cannot thank this veterinary team enough for the care they gave my older horse. He was hospitalized with a severe colic and impaction and had to stay with them for over a week. Anyone who owns horses knows how frightening colic can be, especially with an older horse. The entire team was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They monitored him closely, kept me updated, answered every question, and treated him with such kindness and patience. It was clear that they truly care about the animals they treat. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, my old man made it through a very scary situation. I’m beyond grateful for everything they did to help him recover and bring him home”

“The staff and doctor were very informative and made sure I understood all my pet options and the costs I might incur. I feel very comfortable with the staff and know my pet will receive the best care; if needed, they will contact me before performing any procedure that was not discussed. Very professional.”

“Would leave a 5 star but the receptionist is RUDE AS HECK and super unhelpful, said they didn’t have appointments for 3 weeks then after talking to vet tech we were in within 2 days. Vet techs were super nice and friendly which is what really matters.”

“Doctor Raptosh and his staff were absolutely incredible. The professionalism that I witnessed was over the top, astounding people. Dr. Raptosh personally came out to have a discussion with me regarding next steps for my old man who has beginning stages of Bronchitis. The staff, being overwhelmed stayed calm and professional. I could not ask for a better Vet Hospital. Thanks Doc. and team.”

“If you are fortunate enough to be a customer you are lucky as they are not taking new clients.I've read here about some rudeness from the front staff. Those folks are all gone.Dr.Maendl goes to great lengths to take care of our puppies.Dogs are expensive to take care of.If you don't want to spend the money to get quality care maybe a person is better off not having a pet.”

“Dr Maendl is one of the friendliest veterinarians I have spoken to in years. I’m looking forward to bringing our pets here for all future care. Update 7-7-26 Took our dog Sheba in to have her toe amputated. Total cost was way less than another Veterinarian quoted. Dr Maendl explained everything up front and makes you feel like family and not just another number.”

“Really nice vet! Went out the day after I called to examine a filly I was shipping cross country. We were in a rush because the shipper told us last minute they’d be arriving days ahead of schedule. Dr. Rumsey got it done and made it happen! Good communication and fair price. Thanks!”
