“Always fun shopping at Costco! Their products and prices work for me. I recently had a let down with Costco though. Their rotisserie chicken has always been touted as gluten free, ingredients proving as such. Until this week. I bought a rotisserie chicken for a dinner with my son, only to find they changed an ingredient: modified corn starch was replaced with modified food starch which is a hidden gluten. So even though the label claims gluten free, it’s actually not. Luckily I had purchased salmon as well, so we changed up our dinner menu.”
