When I had trouble with my Key Bank App, Jill Allen did all the leg work with customer service to get my app unlocked and linked to the new accounts. She was extremely friendly through the whole process, which was tedious and time consuming, but she got the results we needed. I really appreciate the help of both of these employees!”
