I used my SLC bank for my home loan and it was stressful and crazy and I had to keep calling MFCU to get information. They would apologize that it might take them twenty minutes to process something for me. Twenty minutes! It was amazing! I'll be doing all future loans though this hometown bank, for sure.”

“I see that a lot of reviewers say their experience here is hit & miss. Honestly mine has been just fine. Shyla has always treated me well and for my business needs Misty takes great care of me. I've also worked in the financial industry so I do have more perspective on some of their limitations on the back side of things such as availability of funds after a deposit and I just plan around it. I also feel that I'd rather have an under-staffed location (if that is ever the case) than one that is completely shut down as several of USBank's competitors in Payette have decided that maintaining a branch presence in towns like Payette is "not profitable enough".”
