Had us in and out in less than an hour- Jacob met us as we pulled up, took notes, went to Dennis, he quoted, we walked to get breakfast at the panaderia a few blocks away, walked back as Jacob was pulling the car out. “On Sept 11th the bearing went out on my travel trailer about 20 miles east of Burley. Wickel Tire Pros went the extra mile to help me out. I had called and spoke to Maria and let her know about my situation. I text a photo so they could see the problem. While we were being helped with a tow service getting us back to Burley they were on the phone looking for a new hub assembly which was 1/2 hr away to the next town. (I did not know that until the job was almost completed). We pulled into the driveway and while I checked in at the front desk, Taco had gone out and started working on it immediately. Lonnie helped finish the work and within an hour and 15 minutes of getting there we were back on the road. Thank you to the Wickel Tire Pros Team especially Maria, Taco & Lonnie for outstanding cheerful customer service in getting us back on the road!!!
