They paid attention to every detail and always kept me up to date of the status of my vehicle without me having to contact them, talk about great customer service that goes above and beyond! Yes the service may be a little pricy depending on the damage you have but it’s more than worth it, because my truck came back to me looking better than when I purchased it! “I was traveling through Ontario, trying to get back to Spokane Washington for a flight later in the week and had a DEF warning message that came on that was about to limit my progress and shut me down. The shop was booked out a few days, so I was going to leave the truck and get a rental car so I could make it back in time for my flight. Once Seth heard I was going get a rental car, he told me to wait around a bit before I got the car. Both Seth and Jamey discussed my issue, thought it may be a simple issue and did a quick diagnostic. To my surprise, it was a quick fix like they thought and I was back on the road within the hour. “I called them 5 mins from town, saw me as soon as I pulled in. I had ripped my bumper off backing out my driveway in idaho and was driving all the way to the coast. We couldn't do the full repair but made sure to secure the bumper for me, so I could travel safely. Not many people or businesses would stop what they were in the middle of to make sure you could keep in schedule with your travels.
