“What’s up with the service dept and scheduling???? Took me TWO days to schedule a simple oil change and was told both times I should go across the street to dodge? Ford auto ranch has changed my vehicles oil for years with no issue or push so why would I want to go somewhere new? They also informed me I may not get my vehicle back “same day” if I do the pick up/drop off option, which again I always have done this option and have never been told this. I stated that won’t work for me cause I’ll be at work during pick up and will need my vehicle to drive home after work. Eventually I got scheduled but just overall not happy with my recent experience. Which is really disappointing cause I have always recommended ford to everyone for oil changes due to the smoothness of it all.”
“Another great experience at Ontario Ford, the first person that I met when I went to the service department was Liz. I told her who I was, she had all the paperwork ready for me, later that day she called to let me know that my upgrade was complete and my Ford Ranger was ready for my pickup. “I called them 5 mins from town, saw me as soon as I pulled in. I had ripped my bumper off backing out my driveway in idaho and was driving all the way to the coast. We couldn't do the full repair but made sure to secure the bumper for me, so I could travel safely. Not many people or businesses would stop what they were in the middle of to make sure you could keep in schedule with your travels.
