“I had a beautiful experience here!! I originally booked an appointment with my insurance at like 11pm. I got there the day I was scheduled. Everything went swiftly, Alyssa was literally an angel. My car had more damage than expected and they still got it done 3 days earlier than the estimated finish date. Picking up the car was SUPER seamless too.

I got there, paid my deductible, and then they made sure I was satisfied and showed me what they worked on (in the rain too). Then I was outta there, it only took like 5 minutes.

“I drove there from Nampa Idaho to look at a few of the Jeep YJ's they had. I had been messaging Nick on FB and wanted to see what they had and what I may want to get. I checked in and they allowed me to go look with the plan of, if I see anything, take a pictuere of the item and the inventory # of the vehicle it is on. When I found two small ticket items, I went back and talked to Jason. He was very kind, offered me a decent deal (though I feel like I could have asked for a slightly better one, but thats on me). I went back out there per his permission and got the items I wanted (Again small items, fuse box lid, and stock stereo wire harness).
When I came back to the front counter, Jason was very helpful, and I was on my way.
I look forward to taking another trip there when its not cold and windy and when my pocketbook is a bit thicker. Hopefully I can find some bigger ticket items and maybe they will even have a few newer YJ's in stock to pick from.

“What’s up with the service dept and scheduling???? Took me TWO days to schedule a simple oil change and was told both times I should go across the street to dodge? Ford auto ranch has changed my vehicles oil for years with no issue or push so why would I want to go somewhere new? They also informed me I may not get my vehicle back “same day” if I do the pick up/drop off option, which again I always have done this option and have never been told this. I stated that won’t work for me cause I’ll be at work during pick up and will need my vehicle to drive home after work. Eventually I got scheduled but just overall not happy with my recent experience. Which is really disappointing cause I have always recommended ford to everyone for oil changes due to the smoothness of it all.”

“I called them 5 mins from town, saw me as soon as I pulled in. I had ripped my bumper off backing out my driveway in idaho and was driving all the way to the coast. We couldn't do the full repair but made sure to secure the bumper for me, so I could travel safely. Not many people or businesses would stop what they were in the middle of to make sure you could keep in schedule with your travels. “I want to commend Matt Newberry from Service at Ontario Auto Ranch. I took my car to a local business to have the battery replaced. After installation I was told on trying to take air filter housing off to get to battery, they found the screws over tightened and one was stripped and someone else had to have done it. I said never worked on as I have had my 2013 Ford Escape since brand new in 2013 and only oil filters, air filters and tires replaced has been done. They said not factory battery. I said wrong, I've always had the vehicle and it's original. I then went to Ontario Auto Ranch and Matt examined and had me videotape that only screw stripped was one the other business did, one other screw scratched from using wrong tool to try to remove; they did not reattach the cover over the intake to the air filter, nor did they plug the sensor to the air filter back in. Matt wrote me an estimate to repair with description of incomplete work. I took to the business and they are going to make it right. Thanks a million MATT for your invaluable service.”
