“I called them 5 mins from town, saw me as soon as I pulled in. I had ripped my bumper off backing out my driveway in idaho and was driving all the way to the coast. We couldn't do the full repair but made sure to secure the bumper for me, so I could travel safely. Not many people or businesses would stop what they were in the middle of to make sure you could keep in schedule with your travels. “Service personnel were friendly and professional. We were kept up to date as to the status of repairs to our RAV4 via texts and phone calls. Once all the repairs were accomplished, the service representative went over all the repairs to ensure the repairs met our expectations. She went over their warranty policy as well.”
