“Excellent experience. It gets no better. I first talked to the manager without knowing, who I was talking to on the phone. He immediately asked if he wanted me to save my high-end item, since we were coming from Idaho to Oregon. I said, yes and gave him our ETA.
Once we arrived, an assistant manager, at the office door, with said manager at his desk, both knew who I was by name, when I asked for said item.
Then she personally relieved the cashier, took over and completed the purchase.
Talk about A+ treatment.
Another employee carted the large/heavy item to our Suburban with trailer, as he loaded it, he jumped into the trailer to help the long, heavy item square so the tailgate would close.
All without asking for my help. At 68 years old, what a blessing.
Like I said, these people are the best. It gets no better.

“They have a pretty good selection of plants for sale. I've spent many an hour with my wife here looking through all the different varieties and taking notes for future projects! I do like that all their plants are pretty healthy, you're not going to take home a dying or dead plant! It does get pretty cold here in the winter, so take a jacket with you.”
“Honestly haven't ever had a bad experience here they've always been very good to work with for me. Costumer service has been really great with me on returns if there's an issues and helpful with information ove needed. Sometimes staff is a little hard to find but it's not a small store.”
