“My experience at Stone's Hyundai Pocatello was the best customer service experience I have had so far purchasing a new or used vehicle. My salesperson, Avery, was friendly, polite, patient, incredibly knowledgeable about the two vehicles I looked at, and not too pushy or aggressive during any step of the process. I generally felt at ease, and he answered all of my many questions. I was able to immediately test drive one of the vehicles I looked at, both with Avery and then alone (which was really appreciated so I didn't feel any pressure and could really listen to/feel the vehicle). The negotiation process featured a few of the usual tactics you expect from car dealerships, but wasn't bad overall, and both Avery and his manager were able to get through the paperwork and financing process with me pretty quickly for my new 2026 Tucson Hybrid. While I can't yet rate the service department...as far as purchasing a new vehicle goes, from start to finish it really doesn't get much better than this! Avery has even checked in with me via text message a couple times since I purchased my Tucson to see how things are going and ask if I have any questions, and he is responsive to texts back. I would absolutely recommend Stone's Hyundai to anyone looking at potentially purchasing a Hyundai. Ask for Avery!”

As a college student who just moved away from home, I was super nervous taking my car in to get fixed as I didn't want to be taken advantage of. But Master AutoTech was so great! They were straight to the point and didn't try to fix other things that weren't necessary. They let me know of other things I should be aware of on my car, but didn't push me to fix them. They got my car done in a very timely manner, had great communication with me, and had very good prices for what was done. Definitley will be taking my car here again for future problems.”

“We were headed to take my son to college and the topper we got with his truck did not come with a key. We needed to be able to lock up the back with all his stuff when stopping for the night.
We came from Billings, MT and I had call every Leer dealer from MT to Utah and these were the only ones that asked for photos and let me know they might have something he could use to replace the t handle.
Turns out this was not an original Leer set up but he was able to get it replaced and working in less than 20 minutes. Great service and gave us peace of mind on our travels.

He was upfront about how busy he was (which busy and booked out is a good sign in my eyes!), was extremely thorough when going through our car. Even asked to keep it over night one more time to double check his work and make sure everything was running properly before sending us on our way. He was very honest and fair in his pricing. We live in Rigby and will now be driving to Pocatello whenever we can to have James take care of us. One of the best mechanics we've ever worked with. Highly recommend!”

“An honest businessman? Yes absolutely absolutely! Upon recommendation from a friend, I had my dead car towed to Mountain West radiator.
Bruce did the analysis, and then called and gave me a detailed report of what needed to be done. Furthermore, he let me know that it would be better to take it to a dealership because some factory recalls were in effect, and it would save me money in the long run.
After being screwed by the dealership (this car had been in my possession less than two weeks )it was so refreshing to have someone not just in it for the buck. Give this gentleman your business. You will never regret it.”

But I have no choice, because Steve went above and beyond what I could ever expect. Some major work done in one day, AC compressor replacement, rear shocks, rear brakes and rear heater pipes and hoses. Steve’s exact words, I didn’t want your kids to suffer in this heat.
