“First time taking my car here, and my experience was fantastic. As a college student who just moved away from home, I was super nervous taking my car in to get fixed as I didn't want to be taken advantage of. But Master AutoTech was so great! They were straight to the point and didn't try to fix other things that weren't necessary. They let me know of other things I should be aware of on my car, but didn't push me to fix them. They got my car done in a very timely manner, had great communication with me, and had very good prices for what was done. Definitley will be taking my car here again for future problems.”

“My brake components on one disc brake basically fell apart. So, I had no way to drive it out or get to work. Somehow they did what it took to fix the issue and did it at a moment of high inconvenience, under variables that I know they weren't obligated to deal with or solve. I don't want to go into details for a couple of reasons, but to say they went above and beyond is actually an understatement in this case. I can't say enough good things, but David was the definition of what it means to exemplify service. This way beyond good customer service, and I could tell he took his job and being in a position to help others personally.”
