“I've been banking with Key Bank now for over 20 years. I've had a mortgage loan and three HELOC loans. The service and courtesy has always been first class. I enjoy no fee checking accounts, savings accounts, etc. For years, I haven't paid any sort of fees that I can recall, ever. Key Bank has been willing to go the extra mile to accomodate my needs, waive fees for rare and accidental mistakes, and take time to go over any account concerns I may have. Their online banking is so functional. It has been a huge timesaver. My banking relationship with them is one I treasure.”
“After having had a pretty terrible experience with the local green credit union, we recently ended up working with Citizens for a construction loan. Dave had been highly recommended by several people, but circumstance led us to work with Gary. Gary was phenomenal to deal with and the process with Citizens was far more sensible than their competition. Communication was more thorough, and timing was faster, even through the holidays. Overall a fantastic experience. I'd never work with another bank for a construction loan, and I'd certainly never recommend their green credit union competitor for that type of financial need.”

“I freaking LOVE this credit union! If you need at Loan, ask for Rusty P in the loan department! Hands down have never been treated better, fast service, super knowledgeable, and very friendly! Takes the time to figure out which type of loan is best for you! Since I can't find "Lookout Credit Union" formerly ISU Credit Union on Yelp to leave a review, I'm making a side note on here. Do NOT bank with this unprofessional Credit Union! Run far away! I could share night mare stories with you! They seriously need to be looked into for fraudulent practices! Not even kidding! For what it's worth...Go with Connections! You won't be disappointed”
“I wanted to get savings accounts set up for my 6 kids. I called on a Saturday morning inquiring about the process. I lucked out and the Banker on duty named Rachel Snider had a cancellation and was able to see me. Rachel has a great attitude and was very thorough in making sure everything was done right. I had several questions about the kids new accounts and Rachel was able to answer them all. My relationship with Wells Fargo has been up and down over the years, but I can tell they are taking the effort to make the business better. It all starts with great employees. The tellers have always been great, and now I can say the Bankers are amazing as well. I was very impressed with this visit to the Chubbuck Wells Fargo Branch.”

“I noticed that Wells Fargo was offering a checking bonus as I had banked with them many years ago and my experience was so-so. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews about Wells Fargo, but decided to give them another chance. They waived all my checking monthly fees and when it came time payout the bonus they did…early! They even offered me a credit card which was a first from them. Only reason they don’t get five stars is because their customer service can be a little unprofessional at times.”

“If you are looking for a bank that gets you in and out as fast as possible with no personal interaction with you, Ireland Bank is probably not for you. They are a smaller bank with small town values. You are never treated like a number. Should you have a problem or complaint you can actually walk into the president’s office and discuss it with him. They are very competitive with their rates too. I just got 3 cd’s and they were paying more than the great big banks. I’ve had very good luck with these people.”
