Been banking with them for many years and they have been nothing but issues. The tellers and bankers there are mostly nice except for one lady. She is just flat rude. I have no idea how she got her job but after two encounters with her it has officially ended my relationship with this bank.

I have been with US Bank for 7 years. I use online banking for deposits by taking a picture of the check with my phone. Wonderful feature. I also check almost every day to make sure charges are correct, balance, etc, Bob has been good to teach me and advise. I appreciate his help.
