I understand the need to have the lobby closed, and have drive through only. That being said, the line moves very slowly. Perhaps you could have more people inside helping with the transactions to speed it up.

Although the customer service representatives are extremely friendly, I've never experienced slower service anywhere. I come here to do my father's banking only and would strongly recommend banking elsewhere

I love the people they are so helpful but for heavens sake open the lobby. I can't spend all day in a line at the drive up. Enough is enough
