Costco Tire Center provides exceptional tires and amazing customer service. The staff is friendly, professional, and prompt. Employees often go above and beyond to help customers, showing genuine concern and offering helpful suggestions and advice. They are accommodating and work to resolve issues quickly. While there can sometimes be a wait even with an appointment, the overall experience is great. The tires, like the BF Goodrich KO2, are described as badass, cool, and exceptional. Many customers report having a great experience and plan to be lifetime members due to the outstanding service.
Ross does an amazing job and is incredibly helpful and personable. He never tries to pull anything over us, he’s always straight forward and honest. We go here literally just because he works there. If you are in need of any tire services go to the Pocatello Costco and ask for Ross!

Stopped in today to shop before traveling home to Nevada my daughter saw a screw in our tire they worked us in and made sure we were safe to get back on the road. The staff was professional and very helpful. I would recommend Costco tire center in Pocatello for tire service they were very accommodating.
