I ordered tires on 6-4, they said the tires would be in on 6-10. Their computer said they came in but on 6-12 they couldn't find them so reordered them. Now the computer says they will be in on 6-18. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't already pay over $500. I doubt I will ever buy tires from Costco after this.

Got a flat tire and called Costco on what to do to get to the shop because of their flat tire warranty. The guy at the shop (Rico) told me to get Fix-A-Flat and come in. I got to the shop and the manager in the grey shirt and long hair (Ross) told me that Fix-A-Flat has damaged the tire beyond repair and that they cannot fix my tire because Fix-A-Flag is a terrible product. And because the vehicle is AWD, all my tires must be replaced because Rico told me so which will cost $1400. They will not pay or accept responsibility for these tires and that is terrible. Employees represent a company so if an employee is not trained (which seems like half their mechanics are) then don’t let them near the customers money. Ross even told us that Rico wasn’t trained so why did they let him near the phone? Utterly negligent just like their training for any of their mechanics.

It is frustrating to make an appointment and still need to wait over an hour before your they get to your car for a simple rotation. Folks are always friendly, however.

Terrible. Bought four tires. After 18k miles one is completely going bald right down the middle. The rest are just fine but NOPE, NO REPLACEMENT. "You will have to buy 2 more tires for $474 and replace them". How about YOU replace the defective ones I already bought. TERRIBLE! Won't be renewing my membership. GO ELSEWHERE!

Shopped around everywhere for tires for two weeks almost and within a 5 minute call to Winston here I had all the answers I searched for and got the most badass tires on my yukon and tacoma! Winston and Mason provided amazing customer service, were prompt and professional as well as super friendly.I had a leak issue (wound up being my rim) and Kelden and the man at the front desk (short hair, mustache, glasses) were equally amazing! The man at the desk got me in fast and was super accommodating. Kelden went above and beyond to fix my issue and I didn't have to even ask. He offered me suggestions and advice on new parts and showed genuine concern.The tires are exceptional the staff is even better. Will be going here from now on!And if you want amazing tires for a truck or suv get the BF Goodrich KO2! Coolest tires ever!

I'm sorry I am a Costco addict! I'm sure many of the employees know my husband as the crazy Vikings waffle guy! The employees have always gone above and beyond for us! Including searching all over the store for waffles the computer said they had! Yep we will be lifetime members!

The worst Costco I have ever been in. Checker was rude and even though I am 75 years young, refused to sell me wine without an ID stating it was Idaho law. I wend down the road and bought wine at WinCo and Fred Meyer without any ID and without the rude hassle. I wish now I hadn't shopped there at all which included $113.00 gas.Loads of people clogging the lanes while feeding lunch to their families. Way too many samplers and few filled carts.Not for me and I spend a lot of money in Costco. Tires, car, furniture, plants/shrubs and lots of food.I won't shop your stinking Pocatello location again. I'm sure your wine sales will drop...since corporate is so proud of those sales.Also the worst thing was that as I was leaving the parking lot to continue down Yellowstone, the little dormant and stiff trees scraped holes all along my motorhomes awning and damaged it so badly I will have to replace it. The road was very narrow and with traffic, it was impossible to avoid them, had I even noticed them. I shop Costco in several states and cities but I will never go back to this one. Got my return gas and groceries somewhere else this time.
